I offer either a monthly template custom built for you based on your goals and progress OR a coaching plan that is tailored to you and made week-by-week according to your progression. Monthly template requires at the minimum a heart rate monitor for data tracking purposes. The week-by-week works best with a power meter, HR monitor and a smart watch that tracks HR and swim speed if you're a triathlete.
$110 plan: Monthly template
Customized monthly training template that includes 2 phone calls with your coach per month and 2 modifications per month. Unlimited text/email (within reasonable hours).
Ideal for beginners who want customized tips as they start their journey.
$120 plan: Running only
This is for running-only clients. I make a week-by-week program based on your goals and the progression I see. A smart watch is required.
$180 plan: Regular analysis of power data with weekly workout block
Customized plan with bi-weekly workout analysis and regular feedback, unlimited coach communication (within reasonable hours).
This plan is for the seasoned athlete or motivated beginner who's wanting a more catered experience.
